  • If we have found a home already, can we still go through the AZBRD Program?
    If you have found the home on your own, or have not signed a contract with another Realtor we can help. Your large savings is from the discount from the Realtor so it is best to use our program if at all possible to take advantage of the BIG savings.
  • We are thinking about selling our home, how do we contact someone to list our home?
    Simply call 480-686-1500 or email us at azbrd@azcproperties.com and a Realtor from our team will contact you with information on the process and a offer you a FREE CMA Report.
  • If I'm not ready to apply for a mortgage loan, but would like to talk to someone about my options, what should I do?
    Please call us at 480-686-1500 and ask to speak to a Metro Grand Mortgage Officer or you can complete the short application online. This short pre-qualification application just gives the basics. This will be sent to a loan officer and they will return your call or email ASAP.
  • Do I work through my company's HR department directly
    No. Every employee can benefit from this program no matter what type of real estate transaction they are involved in. They might be moving to a new home within the same of town, out of town, relocating into the area, or even buying investment property.
  • How long does the process take?
    This is a streamlined process and all phases can be handled at any pace that is comfortable to the employee. Our process does not add steps or time to the transaction, but simplifies the employees' experience.
